Reservation and cancellation policies

• Full payment is required 7 days prior to check in date, any other kind of confirmations will not be considered as guarantee of reservation
• A 40 % of cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation made less than 7 days prior to check in date
• A 100 % of the amount will be charged for cancellation made less 48 hours prior to the check in date
• Only written cancellations will be considered, we request you to acknowledge the cancellation from our reservation desk.
• No provisional reservations are accepted during peak seasons (between June and October)
• Provisional reservations made 45 days prior to check in date required to be confirmed in 7 working days from the date of provisional reservation.
• Provisional reservations made between 45 days to 90 days prior to check in date required to be confirmed in fifteen days from the date of provisional reservation.
• The management holds the right to cancel/release any reservations not paid for within requested time limit.
